How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

After shipment:

  • USA: 7–9 business days

  • Canada: 7–9 business days

Delivery times may vary during launches, holidays, or carrier delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — AstroWorld currently offers free standard shipping on all orders for a limited time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns & Replacements

Do you accept returns?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene reasons.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, AstroWorld will provide a replacement after verification.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Sizing issues

  • Change of mind

  • Worn or washed items

  • Final sale items

What material are the sets made from?

AstroWorld sets are designed with soft, comfortable premium cotton-focused materials for everyday wear and movement.

How do I choose my size?

We recommend checking the size guide before ordering.

If you are between sizes, many customers prefer sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Will more zodiac signs be available?

Yes. AstroWorld is building collections inspired by all 12 zodiac signs, with new drops and colorways planned over time.

Are the waistband designs embroidered or printed?

Design methods may vary depending on the collection and production version.

AstroWorld focuses on maintaining a clean premium finish and comfortable feel across all products.
